It oversees the family’s investments and long-term interests across public markets, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other alternative assets. With a disciplined and long-term approach, the SFO focuses on capital preservation, sustainable growth, and strategic partnerships aligned with the family’s vision.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline">Job Description</span><br>- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the Shareholder, family members, executive directors, and key employees.<br>- Coordinate visa applications and related immigration documentation when required.<br>- Manage the Shareholder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and special engagements.<br>- Coordinate and oversee special projects and ad hoc assignments on behalf of the Shareholder.<br>- Organize luxury travel experiences, including private aviation, exclusive expeditions, bespoke itineraries, and high-end accommodations.<br>- Monitor travel logistics and provide 24/7 support during international travel to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.<br>- Arrange medical travel, international health check-ups, and related healthcare appointments.<br>- Plan and coordinate both corporate and private events for the Shareholder and the Single Family Office (SFO).<br>- Manage the planning, procurement, and delivery of birthday and Christmas gifts for partners, employees, and family members on behalf of the Shareholder.<br>- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.<br>- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and business information.<br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline">Qualifications</span><br>- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.<br>- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.<br>- Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>- Ability to remain calm, resilient, and effective under pressure and within tight deadlines.<br>- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.<br>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br>- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.<br>- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required, including providing support during international travel.<br>- Willingness and availability to undertake occasional business travel.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">What We Offer</span></span></p> <p>We believe in rewarding our people and creating a positive, supportive workplace.
