With Vituity, if you ever need to move, you can take your job with you.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><ul><li>Interact with multiple departments, internally and externally, in representation of Billing Operations.</li><li>Monitor and analyze reports, dashboards, and metrics, identifying and communicating trends, as needed.</li><li>Prepare presentations and reports supporting recommended solutions to issues.</li><li>Responsible for working with leadership and implementation of action plans.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments and outside payers/vendors to execute solutions.</li><li>Participates in workgroups as both contributor and lead with various internal and external departments for efficiency gains and problem/payer resolution.</li><li>Assist in New Start implementations, including research, data analysis, payer review and follow up.</li><li>Meet with Regional/Medical/Reimbursement directors to communicate site updates and information on RCM Operations calls, as needed.</li><li>Provide assistance and support for multiple client contracts/locations with reporting requests, site start-ups processes, monitoring various reports, hosting calls to resolve issues, etc.</li><li>Perform quality assurance checks of processes at standard intervals, to include system issues, chart flow, etc.</li><li>Provides support to Information Technology and Information Systems teams communicating and managing operational needs.</li><li>Coordinate with Operations Analyst and Senior Management on areas of support, follow up requests, and research on areas of operational improvements.</li><li>Help facilitate projects across multiple departments.  </li><li>Work special reports as needed, such as claims patterns, reimbursement trends, metric tracking.</li><li>Coordination of project documentation and assistance with tracking and monitoring various projects.</li><li>Build networking relationships both internally and externally understanding what information should be kept confidential or restricted.  </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Experience and Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li>Two (2) years minimum experience of related leadership and/or training with similar responsibilities required.</li><li>Prior experience performing similar reporting and/or analytical duties required.</li><li>Prior experience at a medical office and working in the Medical Billing field is preferred.</li><li>College coursework is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Billing Operations/Accounts Receivable processes and procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of and skilled with Microsoft O365 or Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)</li><li>Strong analytical skills to parse through meaningful information and filter out unneeded data.  </li><li>Ability to analyze various types of reports.</li><li>Ability to use creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial information and legal documents.</li><li>Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints from clients or regulatory agencies.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.</li><li>Ability to remain organized and effectively manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The Community</strong></p><p>Even when you are working remotely, you are an important part of the Vituity Community. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
