As we expand, we’re looking for a <strong>Sales Manager</strong> who can take ownership of complex enterprise deals and play a strategic role in scaling our go-to-market engine.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this high-impact role, you’ll drive revenue through hands-on selling, while also coaching account executives, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping build a scalable sales infrastructure.</p><h3>🔍 What You’ll Do:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and close large enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR) through multi-touch sales cycles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and GTM execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coach AEs through complex negotiations and long sales timelines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor performance via Salesforce and Gong, identifying areas for optimization</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with revenue leadership on growth strategy and outbound motion</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help refine sales processes, playbooks, and team enablement efforts</p></li></ul><h3>✅ What You Bring:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing deals or reps</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep experience closing multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level opportunities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency with Salesforce, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Gong.io">Gong.io</a>, and other modern sales tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours</p></li></ul><h3>🌟 Bonus Points:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience selling into marketing, analytics, or data teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven success launching enterprise sales motion in a high-growth startup</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with enterprise playbooks and outbound GTM execution</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.</p>
