If you’re interested in a Frontier role and you apply and are accepted, we’ll screen you through assessments and interviews and aim to get you an interview for a full-time job within the month. </p> <p><strong><em>Please note: To ensure we find the best fit, our process will have a </em></strong><strong><em>practical skills assessment</em></strong><strong><em> prior to interviews.</em></strong> </p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>As a Jr. HR Associate at Frontier, you will support talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles and clients. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and eager to build a career in recruitment and people operations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>As a member of the Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:</p> <ul> <li>Support sourcing efforts through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.</li> <li>Source candidates from diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines.</li> <li>Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong quality bar.</li> <li>Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations.</li> <li>Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring goals and timelines.</li> <li>Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.</li> <li>Communicate status updates and recruitment insights to stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent.</li> <li>Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or relevant internship experience.</li> <li>Strong internship experience in HR or Recruitment is highly preferred.</li> <li>Analytical and process-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and relentless follow-up.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li> <li>Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.</li> <li>Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus.</li> <li>Experience working in a remote environment is preferred. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Monthly Salary: $400 </li> <li>Environment: Work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across a diverse portfolio of fast-growing companies. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Location & Timings</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Full-time remote </strong>role starting as soon as the right candidate is found.</li> <li>Must be comfortable working in the US shift (8AM - 5PM EST)<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><br><br><br><br><br><br></p>
