<h1><b>We Could Use Someone Like You in Our Crew.</b></h1><p></p><p>We are seeking Remote Patient Engagement Specialists to support our healthcare client in the dental services sector. This role focuses on monitoring and responding to patient-facing digital interactions across social and online channels, ensuring accurate, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.</p><p></p><p>You will help maintain a safe, respectful, and informative digital environment for patients seeking dental care information and support.</p><p></p><p>This is a <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">communication-focused,</span> compliance-sensitive role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.</p><p></p><p><b>Language: Native English</b></p><p></p><p><b>Schedule Needs:</b></p><p>Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST</p><p></p><p><b>Commitment:</b></p><p>10 hours weekly</p><p></p><p><b>Ideal Mod:</b></p><ul><li>Compassionate, empathetic and dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, supportive community for current patients and potential patients.</li><li>Passion for engagement, with strong social skills that includes empathy, active listening and effective communication.</li><li>Ability to handle diverse and potentially negative engagements.</li><li>Ability to identify Positive Experiences that we can Amplify, to get a bigger picture.</li><li>Ability to identify Service Recovery Areas, that we can pass to the client as a reverse interaction, to turn the negative experience to positive.</li><li>Ability to identify Surprise and Delight Opportunities.</li><li>Ability to identify and tag ‘Re-engagement Opportunities’, things the client can reach back out later, to check in. Example: Someone says they have an appointment coming up.</li><li>Prior engagement moderation experience with a strong understanding of community dynamics, conflict resolution, and fostering positive interactions.</li><li>Proficient in understanding and implementing escalation protocols</li><li>Strong, Clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail, especially with knowledge of the medical/dental field and <b>HIPAA / PHI</b></li><li>Conversationalist / Strategist mindset with the ability to navigate complex conversations, identifying when conversations need to end, how we can do so.
