Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Podcast Community Moderator to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position. As a Community Moderator, you will be at the forefront of fostering a positive and engaging environment for our podcast listeners and creators across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in monitoring discussions, responding to inquiries, facilitating conversations, and ensuring our community guidelines are upheld, contributing directly to the vibrant ecosystem of Spotify podcasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various Spotify podcast community platforms (forums, social media, comments sections, etc.).
- Engage actively with community members, answering questions, providing support, and fostering positive interactions.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies, taking appropriate action on reported content or user behavior.
- Identify and escalate critical issues, trends, or feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation.
- Collaborate with content creators and internal teams to promote new podcasts and community initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on community sentiment, growth, and key metrics.
