As part of our expansion in Malaysia, we are looking for a motivated Tire Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and business development activities in the Malaysia market, focusing on PCR, TBR, and OTR tyre segments.
  • Develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and support business growth plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Handle customer feedback, claims, and complaints in collaboration with the Group Service and Technical teams.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide timely market feedback to management.
  • Support customer visits, business meetings, and local operational activities in Malaysia.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven experience in tyre sales, automotive industry sales, or related B2B sales environment.
  • Strong sales drive with goal-oriented mindset and excellent business development capabilities.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Good planning, execution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
