Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Invoice and bill customers upon confirmation of completed delivery.
  • Ensure customer Purchase Order (PO) and delivery documents are documented and filled properly.
  • Communicate with customers from order processing to local delivery arrangement.
  • Monitor daily deliveries and solve logistic issues as and when required.
  • Work closely with internal and outsource transporter for logistic arrangement.
  • Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks for sales team.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered as entry level.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Organized personality and with good analytical skill.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang & On-the-Job training will be provided at Ara Damansara office.
