Executive Housekeeper

Role Description The Executive Housekeeper will manage and oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, managing inventory and supplies, implementing cleaning and maintenance protocols, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with other departments to maintain operational efficiency and excellent guest experiences will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role in a luxury hotel/resort with more than 300 keys
  • Proven leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate housekeeping staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with experience in inventory control and supply management.
  • Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and maintenance procedures.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and standards in a hospitality environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Relevant experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably at a supervisory or managerial level.
  • Proficiency in communication and problem-solving to address guest concerns and manage team operations.
  • A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
  • Additional language command of Chinese or Korean is preferred
