Spartan Crew is a London and Manchester-based company supplying highly trained local crew, set builders, and skilled technicians to the events industry.
We are currently seeking a reliable, organised, and conscientious Administrator to join our team in an office-based role. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across multiple departments, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the business.
This role temporary and will be for 2 months. The first month will be 5 day working week, 9am to 5.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break, Monday to Friday, based in Deptford. There is also duty management overtime shifts in the evenings which we will discuss further.
The second month will be 3 -5 days and will be discussed in advance. There may also be oppurtunity for the role to extend past 2 month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to multiple departments
- Managing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with scheduling, bookings, and staff coordination
- Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Supporting payroll, recruitment, and operational processes as required
- Handling general office administration tasks
- Liaising with clients, crew members, and suppliers in a professional manner
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
