Digital Public Relations (PR) Role for Flexible Workspace (P/T) £30k to £40k

Title: Public Relations Executive
Location: Office based in Farringdon, EC1M
Role: PR/Outreach to gain placements in Tier 1 and 2 publications
Hours/Days: Flexible
Salary: Dependent on work hours/experience

About You

  • You’re a proactive, self-motivated Public Relations professional with at least 2 years of experience in B2B communications.
  • You're confident and capable of working independently, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • You know how to generate media coverage, write compelling press releases, and manage PR campaigns that support both brand visibility and business objectives.
  • You’re also experienced in using media databases and outreach tools to proactively pitch stories and secure quality coverage.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, and you're comfortable acting as both a spokesperson and a behind-the-scenes strategist.
  • You’re well-organised, results-driven, and eager to make a meaningful impact in a growing company.

The Role

  • You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, enabling quick decision-making and direct recognition of your achievements.
  • Your primary goal will be to secure high-quality links and mentions in top-tier UK publications, including online newspapers, magazines, and industry-relevant websites. As a B2B company, we're not looking to build a household name.
  • Our focus is on securing authoritative coverage that supports our search engine rankings, AI mentions, and brand credibility.

Your work will revolve around generating story angles, writing content, and building media relationships. Topics may include (but are not limited to):

  • The rise of hybrid/flexible working
  • Survey insights on how companies rent office space
  • The shift from long-term leases to flexible licence agreements
  • How pricing trends are impacting the office market
  • Current office rental pricing in and around London

Interview Process

  • First interview: Zoom call
  • Second interview (if shortlisted): In-person meeting at our Farringdon office, including a short presentation

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
