Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth and upselling. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and services to meet client needs. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans and initiatives. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and expand the network. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism. Provide regular reports and updates on business growth and client relationships to senior leadership.
