CrazyLabs, a world-leading mobile game developer and publisher with over 8 billion downloads to date, is looking for a Unity Lead to join our Live Games team and work on our existing and future titles.
This position combines hands-on Unity work with technical leadership and mentorship. The ideal candidate brings deep Unity expertise, strong architectural thinking, and proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You will take technical ownership of multiple portfolio games, setting engineering standards, reviewing code, optimizing performance, and supporting the growth and development of the Unity team.
In this position, you will also play a key role in leading and coordinating the Unity team’s work , collaborating closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, Artists, Analysts, and Monetization teams to ensure our games are scalable, high-performing, and built for long-term success.
