Treballador/a social àmbit Dones SIE
Intress necessita incorporar un/a Treballador/a social en atenció a dones per al servei d'intervenció especialitzada per a dones víctimes de violència masclista (SIE), ubicat a Hospitalet del Llobregat, Barcelona.
En aquest servei s'ofereix atenció integral i recursos en el procés de recuperació i reparació a les dones que han patit o pateixen una situació de violència, i també als seus fills i filles. Així mateix ha d’incidir en la prevenció, la sensibilització i la implicació comunitària.
Què faràs?
- Realitzar la primera avaluació per a determinar si la situació plantejada s'ajusta a la missió del servei i conèixer la història de violència patida.
- Donar suport social, integral i personalitzat a les dones, responent a les demandes i necessitats segons la problemàtica individual.
- Diagnòstic social de la situació i avaluació de l'impacte en els aspectes socials.
- Atendre les demandes d'urgència i situacions de crisis.
- Dinamitzar espais grupals.
- Establir els contactes i coordinacions necessàries amb la xarxa pública o privada.
- Avaluació de risc i atenció en situacions de risc.
- Participar en activitats de formació, prevenció i sensibilització en temes relacionats amb violència masclista i altres activitats per a divulgació del servei.
- Realització d'informes per a diferents organismes i segons necessitat de cada cas.
- Altres funcions pròpies de la categoria professional determinades per la coordinació del servei.
- Incorporació: pendent d'adjudicació
- Tipus de contracte: fix-indefinit
- Jornada: 38,5 hores
- Horari: de dilluns a divendres, 3 matins i 2 tardes (encara s'ha de determinar).
- Retribució: 1.824,40€ bruts mensuals (x 14 pagues: 25.541,60€ bruts anuals).
- Formació continuada del lloc de feina o bé relacionada en l'àmbit.
- Formaràs part d'una gran entitat dedicada a l'àmbit social , on creiem en la integració de les persones que es troben en situació de vulnerabilitat.
Formació acadèmica necessària:
- Llicenciatura o Grau en Treball Social.
- Formació específica en perspectiva de gènere i violència de gènere.
- Mínim 3 anys d'experiència amb dones en el camp de les violències masclistes, especialment, violència en l'àmbit de la parella o ex parella i en violència sexual.
- Coneixements sobre intervenció grupal.
- Experiència en intervenció grupal amb dones.
