You will be part of the Spanish Marketing team within Beko Europe, working cross-functionally with Regional Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Key Account teams. The role reports directly to the Marketing Director and plays a key role in driving brand and product performance across physical and digital retail channels.
This role in summary The Trade Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing trade and digital marketing strategies for the Spanish market to support business growth, enhance brand power, and drive qualitative sales across all channels. The role focuses on campaign execution, retail excellence, digital ecosystem deployment, and performance optimization.
Your responsibilities will include
- Develop and implement Trade and Digital Marketing strategies aligned with regional and local marketing directives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor trade marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, consideration, and sales performance.
- Deploy Beko Europe brands across digital retailer ecosystems in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team.
- Lead in-store marketing initiatives, including POS, promoters, retail media, and display advertising to maximize visibility.
- Coordinate trade marketing initiatives with Sales teams, key dealers, and e-retailers, ensuring effective market execution.
- Manage trade marketing suppliers and control the marketing calendar, materials, and local adaptations.
- Monitor trade and online KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report results and ROI on a monthly basis.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, improve brand health metrics, and enhance shopper experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Trade and Digital Marketing, preferably within a consumer goods or retail environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of trade marketing, digital marketing, and market dynamics.
- Experience managing retail media, in-store marketing, promoters, and display advertising campaigns.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics tools and digital ecosystem performance tracking.
- Project management, planning, and budget control experience.
- Design skills and experience with marketing materials development are a plus.
