Provide technical expertise: As a Technical CSM, you will be responsible for understanding the technical aspects of our AI-powered products and being able to effectively communicate and explain them to customers. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on product usage, and offering solutions to technical challenges. Ensure customer success: Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers are successful in using our AI-powered products. This will involve proactively identifying potential issues, offering solutions, and providing ongoing support and guidance to help customers make the most out of our products. Drive customer satisfaction: As a Technical CSM, you will be the main point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services by addressing their technical needs and providing excellent support. Support customer retention and growth: Another key responsibility of this role is to support customer retention and growth. This will involve understanding our customers' business needs and goals, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and working closely with the sales team to drive product adoption and renewals. Communicate effectively: Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role. You will be responsible for communicating technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner, as well as effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company. Stay up-to-date with technology: Atlassian is a company known for its cutting-edge technology, and as a Technical CSM, you will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field. This will help you provide the best possible support and guidance to our customers.
