As an Application Developer, you will deliver and support technology solutions that enable business capabilities by partnering across IT and the business to analyze requirements, design, and build software.


Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver software solutions using established design patterns and coding standards—focused on secure, scalable, durable, and accessible outcomes
  • Contribute across the delivery lifecycle (requirements/backlog refinement, technical design, development, test automation, and deployment) in Agile and/or waterfall environments
  • Support production stability by participating in on-call support, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root-cause analysis, tracking operational KPIs, and maintaining clear documentation for operations and users

Skills

  • 0–4 years of professional industry experience with software development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency with relevant development languages, tools, frameworks, and dependencies, and strong fundamentals in data structures/algorithms
  • Experience building or integrating with established APIs, including common system integration patterns
  • Strong engineering habits: writing reusable, maintainable code, automated tests, and clear technical documentation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
