We are looking for an individual with strong technical and communication skills who is passionate about helping customers succeed with OpenShift.The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively driving customer success with OpenShift, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing technical account management services. This will include providing technical support, implementing best practices, facilitating collaboration and communication between customers and Red Hat teams, and leading customer success initiatives.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in a technical account management role. They will have a deep understanding of OpenShift, Linux, and other related technologies and a passion for customer service.
