Responsibilities
- Own the health and evolution of Payments testing and staging ecosystems
- Lead complex incident triage and guide cross-team mitigation in test environments
- Set technical direction for test process, test infrastructure, data strategy, and observability
- Partner with senior engineers, QE, and Infra on org-wide reliability initiatives
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar for Payments quality
Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced, high-scale environment
- Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or Scala
- Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems end to end
- Deep understanding of debugging complex production and non-production failures
