<p>Our client is a fast-growing <strong>DTC eCommerce brand</strong> focused on personal care products across oral hygiene, nail & foot care, and home hygiene categories.</p><p>As our <strong>Shopify Store Manager</strong>, you’ll own the <strong>entire lifecycle</strong> of launching new dropshipping products—built on Shopify with expertly crafted comparison pages and persuasive PDPs that convert paid search traffic.</p><p>You won’t just follow a checklist.<br>You’ll <strong>build</strong>, <strong>optimize</strong>, and <strong>elevate</strong> our product launch machinery—leveraging AI copywriting, AI-generated imagery, and smart experimentation.</p><p>Your work directly fuels revenue growth and product expansion.<br></p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Build end-to-end</strong> funnels for new product launches—from comparison pages to Shopify PDPs</p></li><li><p>Craft high-impact landing page content using generative AI (copy + images)</p></li><li><p><strong>Refine and elevate</strong> AI outputs with your marketing intuition</p></li><li><p>Own and continuously improve our product launch frameworks, processes, templates</p></li><li><p>Coordinate cross-functional experts (Marketing, Tech, Customer Service, Supply Chain)</p></li><li><p>Track milestones, deadlines, risks—and keep everyone aligned</p></li><li><p>Report progress clearly and concisely to key stakeholders</p></li></ul><p>This role is <strong>hands-on</strong>, <strong>creative</strong>, and <strong>process-driven</strong>.<br></p><p><strong>Must-Haves</strong></p><ul><li><p>3–5+ years in e-commerce growth, product, or marketing roles</p></li><li><p>Proven success building & scaling Shopify dropshipping stores<br>(<em>experience with 7-figure brands = strong advantage</em>)</p></li><li><p>Experience producing comparison-style pages or review content</p></li><li><p>Strong marketing judgment—especially for AI-assisted copy & visuals</p></li><li><p>Proficiency using AI copy tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)</p></li><li><p>Experience with AI image generators for e-commerce creatives</p></li><li><p>Process-oriented thinker able to build structure from ambiguity</p></li><li><p>Excellent risk assessment and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Comfortable holding others accountable</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and thrives in remote environments</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Must be available for collaboration between <strong>2–4 PM BST</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience working with media buyers and paid search campaigns</p></li><li><p>E-commerce agency experience</p></li><li><p>Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)</p></li></ul>
