Role Overview As a Senior Software Engineer at IntusCare, you will play a key role in architecting, building, and scaling our next-generation EMR platform for PACE. You’ll work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams in a modern agile environment, helping drive technical excellence and deliver meaningful healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect & Build – Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and intuitive frontend interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB Product partnership – Engage with PMs and Designers from ideation through delivery scoping feasibility, identifying edge cases, decomposing large initiatives into deliverable milestones, and offering technical input that strengthens product decisions early Technical Leadership – Set best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system design.
