Job Description:

  • Participate in Circle K’s College to Convenience year-long C2C development and training program
  • Progress through four phases including live leadership event, support function rotations, shadowing Market Managers, and assignment as certified Market Manager
  • Recruit, train and discipline store managers across multiple stores in a region
  • Ensure operational efficiency, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and industry regulations in stores
  • Set regional goals, sales estimates and revenue projections and monitor P&L reports
  • Manage a regional budget and address operational problems
  • Liaise between regional branches and company headquarters
  • Ensure consistent customer service levels and make recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

  • Degree in business management or related field
  • Quantitative aptitude or experience managing budgets
  • Leadership and decision-making ability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill
  • Retail experience is highly desirable
  • Valid driver’s license
