  • Team-first mindset. You’ll be working closely with the same small group all season.

  • Positive, professional attitude with guests and coworkers.

  • Ability to work independently during the day while staying accountable to the team.

  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent throughout the season.

Previous lodge or seasonal work is a plus, but not required.
Applicants must be 21 years or older.

Schedule & Commitment:
  • June 1 – October 1

  • Lodge operates 7 days a week, and all staff members work 7 days a week for the duration of the season

  • This position is best suited for someone looking for a focused, immersive seasonal work experience

  • Monthly salary plus tips

  • All meals and housing provided

  • Transportation from Anchorage to the lodge provided

Life at a Remote Alaskan Lodge:

Working here means being surrounded by Alaska’s wilderness, long summer days, and a close-knit team. While there is limited time off, many staff find the experience rewarding because of the strong teamwork, clear expectations, and the chance to spend a summer fully immersed in a unique Alaskan environment.
