About the Role
BookingAgent AI is hiring sales representatives to introduce realtors ( & home service businesses) to a ready-to-use voice AI assistant that books showings and meetings automatically.
Learn more about the product:
This is a closing role.
You will speak with business owners, walk them through the AI assistant, and close deals. Once the contract is signed - onboarding and building AI Agent is handled by our team.
Compensation
- 50% commission per closed deal (Installation fee)
- Average deal size: $1,000-$5,000
- $500-$2,500 per closed sale
- No cap on commissions
- Paid after client payment
High performers close multiple deals per week.
What You’ll Do
- Unlimited Home service business leads provided (Name, Phone Number, Email, City, State), delivered in batches of 100-200 using Airtable.
- Call business - Ask if they are open to listen to Already built AI Appointment Setter.
- Follow up with them after they demo the AI assistant to close the sale
- Handle basic questions and objections
- Send contracts using SignWell
- Close deals and move on to the next prospect

Requirements
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Confident presenting and closing

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Sales, or a related field
- At least 1+ year of sales experience (closing, cold calling, door-to-door, appointment setting, or similar)
