Independent Source Evaluation Board (ISEB) Review – 324 Disposition Project

Conduct technical and cost reviews of all proposals received for the 324 Disposition Project. Also prepare and submit the Independent Source Evaluation Board (ISEB) Award Recommendation Report (ARR).

Provide an ISEB with the necessary technical expertise to evaluate the proposals against the 324 Disposition Project Statement of Work and evaluation criteria. Proposal evaluations will commence on August 18th, 2026, with the ARR being completed by September 7th, 2026.

The technical evaluations to be conducted consistent with the 324 DP request for proposal source selection criteria included in the Statement of Work. Cost evaluations shall be completed independently. All data shall be coordinated in the final ISEB ARR by the ISEB Chair.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to the scope and at least 5 years’ experience in the DOE complex evaluating technical proposals for contracts plus ample cost evaluation experience. Demonstrated experience conducting or participating in independent reviews of proposals. Demonstrated experience (or a combination of) in nuclear safety, nuclear engineering, and/or nuclear operations. Demonstrated experience in various engineering disciplines that are relevant to the scope such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or process engineering. Demonstrated experience demolition documentation. Demonstrated experience with alternative analysis for demolition projects.

Pay: $65.00 - $125.00 per hour
