Completion Senior Manager- Level 6

**Description:** Lead the Prod Ops build team for multiple ADP efforts\. Individual will be responsible for build team staffing, cost, schedule and quality performance\. Expected to manage concurrent design and build activities\. Required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to the build teams\. Required to report out and brief multiple levels of leadership within the company and customer\. Must exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and deploy a 1LMX culture and continuous improvement mindset onto the programs\. This is a key role that will be shaping the current execution approach on multiple programs\. This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $131,500 \- $231,840\.
