Role Description
Operate under the direction of Human Resources to coordinate regional training, culture, and engagement initiatives. Ensure regional execution aligns with enterprise HR strategy, policies, and standards while remaining operationally feasible. Serve as an HR liaison to regional operations leadership, driving consistency, accountability, and follow-through while identifying and escalating risks or barriers.
Regional Training Coordination
- Coordinate regional training programs for leaders and support staff, including onboarding, compliance, refresher, and leadership development training.
- Partner with training teams, clinical educators, and operations leaders to schedule and deliver training aligned with staffing and operational needs.
- Manage logistics for in-person, virtual, and blended training, including locations, instructors, rosters, materials, and documentation.
- Maintain regional training calendars and track attendance, completion, and recurring training requirements.
- Ensure accurate training records for audit, regulatory, and contractual compliance.
Project Management & Special Initiatives
- Lead training-related projects, including new protocols, equipment rollouts, leadership programs, and enterprise initiatives.
