Ensuring that all the assembly work orders will close on time. Focusing to keep the inventory under the set target by monitoring obsolescence reporting (OES), shipping on-time, converting wherever possible and canceling orders without valid demand.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintaining a daily updated list of components needed for completion of assemblies on time.</li> <li>Following up and expediting pending parts with OST, manufacturing, and various districts.</li> <li>Releasing New AWO and Service WO (CSMS) to warehouse daily basis.</li> <li>Working on all ECO (Engineering Change).</li> <li>Working on all inventory modifications.</li> <li>Monitoring new assembly work orders to utilize excess inventory.</li> <li>Follow up on all NCR issues for assemblies.</li> <li>Running daily inventory and Sales back log report.</li> <li>Working on MIT, zero cost, negative and blank locations for EHO (weekly).</li> <li>Maintain scrap sheet and updating it for custom clearance.</li> <li>Taking care of inventory transfer between multiple ledgers and issuing out of handling tools. (BT and ii transactions)</li> <li>Working with regional team on obsolescence reporting (OES)</li> <li>Working on OES forecast for EHO Hub.</li> <li>Approving freight cost, stock POs, Non-stock POs and inventory adjustments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 10 years’ experience in Downhole inventory management.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent preferred</li> <li>Excellent knowledge in ERP system (JDE / OTM / TAT knowledge Preferred)</li> <li>Excellent Knowledge and Skill to use computers, proficiency of Microsoft office – EXCEL.</li> <li>Team player and ability to work under pressure, multitasking.</li> <li>Analytical approach</li> </ul> </div>
