Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with insights and recommendations to address their business needs. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability and drive growth. Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to upper management. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cisco's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients. Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or issues. Represent Cisco at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and network with potential clients. Stay updated on relevant policies and regulations within the public sector to ensure compliance in all business activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to promote Cisco's solutions within the public sector. Mentor and coach other team members to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
