Overview
We are currently recruiting General Operatives / General Labourers for long-term work with councils and housing associations. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stable work and consistent income across residential properties.
Work is carried out across South West London and Surrey, including both occupied and void properties.
Duties
Carrying out general labouring and basic maintenance tasks
Assisting skilled trades on site when required
Property clearances, removals and preparation works
Basic repairs and general upkeep of council and housing association properties
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Completing work efficiently and to agreed standards
Pay
Guaranteed hourly rate in line with UK regulations
Performance-based earnings
Earnings are performance-based and may vary depending on productivity. A guaranteed hourly rate applies.

Requirements
Previous experience in general labouring or property maintenance is beneficial but not essential
