This role is pivotal in shaping how customers experience Disney+ through our partner ecosystem. By optimising the entire lifecycle for partner-acquired customers - from first awareness through activation, engagement, and retention - you will directly impact KPIs that matter most: activation rates, engagement levels, and customer lifetime value.<br /> What You'll Do<br /> • Lead Partner Lifecycle Growth: Set the direction for the full lifecycle for partner-acquired customers, delivering initiatives and creating frameworks that increase sign-ups, drive higher activation, improve content discovery, boost engagement, and extend lifetime value.<br /> • Drive Strategic Analysis & Insights: Use data, insights, and modelling to identify and evaluate growth opportunities. Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.<br /> • Influence Product & CX Improvements: Operate at the intersection of commercial and product/tech, collaborating with Product, VX, Technical Account Management, Merchandising, Partner Marketing, Legal, and global/local market teams to optimise partner-integrated experiences and deliver customer-first solutions.<br /> • Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery: Ensure major partner lifecycle initiatives - such as new product feature launches, merchandising transformations, or high-impact marketing campaigns - are delivered on time, in scope, and with measurable KPI impact.<br /> • Executive-Level Engagement: Prepare and deliver well-structured presentations for DTC leadership, explaining complex situations clearly and simply.<br /> Key Performance Indicators<br /> • Growth in Disney+ subscribers and revenues acquired through third-party partnerships.<br /> • Partner activation metrics (activation rates, time to activate).<br /> • Partner engagement metrics (weekly hours streamed, reduction in non-streamers).<br /> • Reduction in churn for partner-acquired customers.<br /> <br /> Required Experience & Skills<br /> • Ability to analyse and optimise customer lifecycles to deliver better experiences and outcomes.<br /> • A self‑starter who thrives in a matrix organisation, effectively delivers through others, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.<br /> • Experience in a DTC business improving customer experience and driving engagement.<br /> • Strong commercial and product/tech acumen, with experience bridging both areas.<br /> • Skilled in leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities and influence decision-making.<br /> • Competent in modelling and translating data into compelling business recommendations.<br /> • Proven success working cross-functionally to deliver complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.<br /> • Familiarity with OTT, Pay TV, Telco, and partner ecosystems is a plus.<br /> • Highly organised, able to balance multiple priorities and maintain clarity under pressure.<br /> • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.<br /> • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in creating executive-ready presentations and memos using PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite.<br /> The Perks:<br /> • 25 days annual leave<br /> • Private medical insurance & dental care<br /> • Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free<br /> • Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketing<br /> • Disney+ Subscription<br /> • Excellent parental and guardian leave<br /> • Employee Resource Groups – WOMEN@Disney, Disney MOSAIC, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.<br /> <p id='jobcode'>Jobcode: Reference SBJ-nek2jk-104-23-245-38-42 in your application.</p> </p>
