Como Analytics & Innovation Specialist, formarás parte de la nueva Oficina de Transformación Digital, contribuyendo a proyectos que impulsan la evolución tecnológica, analítica y operativa del corazón de la compañía.
Desde el análisis de datos hasta la evolución de herramientas internas y proyectos de innovación, participarás en iniciativas donde la tecnología, la mejora continua y el conocimiento operativo se traducen en eficiencia, optimización y mejor toma de decisiones.

Tu misión
Contribuir a la mejora continua del IOC apoyando operaciones, evolución de herramientas y proyectos de innovación. A través del análisis, la colaboración transversal y el desarrollo progresivo de expertise funcional, ayudarás a maximizar el valor de soluciones y procesos críticos para la operación.
En tu día a día- Darás soporte a las operaciones del IOC mediante la preparación de reuniones, seguimiento de acciones y análisis de datos para la obtención de insights, desarrollando una comprensión sólida de los procesos operativos.
- Participarás en la evolución de herramientas internas, trabajando con documentación de RFP, contribuyendo a entregables de proyecto y desarrollando expertise funcional durante las fases de implementación.
- Desarrollarás una comprensión profunda de las funcionalidades de las herramientas y de las interrelaciones entre sistemas, con contribuciones a iniciativas vinculadas al project management y a la mejora continua de soluciones.
- Evolucionarás progresivamente hacia responsabilidades de product ownership tras la puesta en producción de herramientas, impulsando la mejora continua, la adopción funcional y la maximización del valor generado por las soluciones implementadas.
- Colaborarás en proyectos adicionales de innovación, fomentando la colaboración transversal entre áreas e identificando nuevas oportunidades mediante el seguimiento de tecnologías emergentes, especialmente en ámbitos de automatización, analítica y optimización/investigación operativa.
Requisitos mínimos
- Mentalidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas: tu capacidad para interpretar información, identificar patrones y aportar soluciones será clave en un entorno operativo complejo.
- Interés por el sector aeronáutico, turismo o transporte: la curiosidad por entender cómo funciona una operación aérea te ayudará a aportar valor desde el primer día.
- Capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptabilidad: trabajarás con herramientas, áreas y equipos diversos, por lo que tu flexibilidad y disposición para aprender marcarán la diferencia.
- Atención al detalle y visión estructurada: cuidar la calidad de la información, los procesos y los entregables será fundamental para avanzar con rigor.
- Solidez en herramientas de trabajo y análisis: el dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint, será parte importante del día a día. Se valorarán conocimientos de SQL, Power BI, estadística, R, Python y/o técnicas de machine learning, aunque no son imprescindibles.
- Comunicación e interacción en entornos internacionales: un nivel alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito, te permitirá colaborar eficazmente en un contexto global y multidisciplinar.
Qué buscamos
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería o Administración y Dirección de Empresas, valorándose prácticas o experiencia formativa en entornos de aerolíneas, consultoría o tecnología.
- Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia profesional.
