Dice is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, delivery, and adoption of their enterprise Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. This role involves translating enterprise needs into platform capabilities, focusing on customer experiences, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product features.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product backlog for consent, preference, and NBA-adjacent platform capabilities, aligned to the multiyear enterprise roadmapTranslate enterprise strategy, regulatory requirements, and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaPartner closely with the Next Best Action, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to plan, execute, and release platform enhancements on time and at qualityBalance near-term business needs against long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and complianceLead development of platform capabilities including consent capture, preference updates, suppression logic, policy enforcement, and downstream activationDesign and own business rules and decisioning logic that govern how customer journeys split, branch, and personalize based on real-time and historical data signalsDrive platform integration with Next Best Action, ensuring rules-based logic correctly triggers the right action, message, or experience for the right customerPartner with business stakeholders to define how data and application integrations enable or disable on-site elements (widgets, buttons, offers, content blocks) based on customer eligibility, consent status, or behavioral triggersEnsure consent and preference data models, APIs, and workflows adhere to enterprise standards and regulatory guidanceValidate that platform functionality supports omnichannel use cases across web, mobile, CRM, contact center, and third-party integrationsIdentify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, escalating decisions as neededAct as a key product partner to NBA, Marketing, Digital, CRM, Customer Service, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teamsSupport onboarding and adoption of the platform by lines of business through enablement, documentation, and hands-on partnershipCollaborate with enterprise data, identity, and analytics teams to ensure accurate, reliable use of consent, preference, and decisioning dataServe as the day-to-day product escalation point for delivery teams and business stakeholdersEnsure consent, preference, and personalization experiences are intuitive, transparent, and aligned with customer trust expectationsAdvocate for customer-centric design patterns that clearly communicate data usage, choices, and controlsIncorporate customer, compliance, and operational feedback into product iteration and refinementTrack and report on product-level KPIs: consent capture rates, preference usage, data quality, error rates, journey/rule performance, and activation successPartner with the Director to identify opportunities to reduce operational friction, manual processes, and compliance riskMonitor platform and integration health, driving corrective actions and enhancements as neededSkillsProven, hands-on experience with Next Best Action (NBA) or comparable real-time decisioning programs — not just general Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) configuration or workflow-building experienceDemonstrated experience building and managing business rules that split or branch customer journeys based on data logic (e.g., propensity scores, eligibility flags, behavioral or transactional data)Direct experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data- and application-driven UI logic — e.g., enabling/disabling widgets, buttons, or content modules on a website or app based on real-time conditionsStrong working knowledge of workflow/automation rule engines and decisioning frameworks (Adobe RTCDP/AJO/CJA strongly preferred; equivalent platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega, or similar considered)7+ years of experience writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teamsExperience working within regulated, consent/privacy-sensitive environments (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, TCPA)Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Digital, CRM, Legal, Privacy, and EngineeringExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and vice versaHands-on configuration or solutioning experience within Adobe Experience Platform (Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics)Experience with API-based or event-driven integrations supporting omnichannel activationBackground in decisioning strategy, offer arbitration, or personalization strategy designFamiliarity with data quality monitoring and platform performance/integration health reportingCompany OverviewDice is the go-to career marketplace for tech professionals.
