As a Night Dispatch team member, you will be responsible for tracking freight, handling inbound and outbound calls, and utilizing various software programs to ensure on-time delivery.Job OverviewWe have two available shifts for this remote position:• Monday through Thursday: 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.Key Responsibilities:• Handle inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service skills• Utilize GPS, telephone, and software programs to track fuel drivers and ensure on-time delivery• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means• Perform data entry tasks using Excel and cloud-based softwareRequirements:• Minimum 2 years of experience in the transportation industry or customer service• High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask with ease• Strong internet connection, computer, quiet workspace, and hotspotWhat We Offer:• Flexible work schedule and opportunities for growth and development• Competitive pay starting at $15.00 per hour for 1 account, with potential to take on additional accounts after 30 days• Ability to build a career that you control, with a large network of clients and a dynamic teamTo apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter with the phrase "NIGHT OWL" and your preferred shift.
