Field Clinical Trainer

Job Description:

  • Manage and strategically execute clinical training within the aligned area for Allergan Aesthetics devices, SkinMedica, and other appropriate products
  • Deliver clear and consistent clinical training and messaging for CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica providers in hands-on and virtual settings
  • Partner with AMI, marketing, sales leadership, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop training paths, align goals, optimize resources, and drive business initiatives
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective field training
  • Support AMI Faculty engagements, in-clinic and in-field programs, large group programs, new-hire clinical onboarding, and field test-outs
  • Manage and execute strategic and national account trainings
  • Act as liaison and advocate for AMI Body Contouring programs, initiatives, and resources
  • Measure performance and training impact using KPIs and tools including Moxie, Madi, and ThoughtSpot dashboards
  • Manage travel and expenses within guidelines and budget
  • Create and update field training content and resources with the Clinical Education team
  • Analyze data and make data-driven recommendations for training optimization
  • Foster continuous improvement and report progress to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3–5 years of sales, medical device training, and/or clinical experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills and a proven track record of leading process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and ability to present didactic and hands-on content in small groups
  • Knowledge of FDA and regulatory statutes as applied to Allergan Aesthetics products
  • Classroom training experience on procedure training, consultation, B2B, and selling skills desired
  • High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong integrated perspective of clinical service alongside a strategic relationship with sales
  • Broad analytical thinking and ability to leverage data
  • Strong organizational influence and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI
  • Expertise covering and effectively routing US geography
  • Ethics and integrity
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily domestically; evenings, overnight, and weekends often required
  • Compliance with FDA QSR, ISO13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and other applicable international regulatory requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and abide by company procedures
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report findings
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Daily keyboard data entry and close vision
