This position requires the ability to prioritize, plan, and complete tasks in a timely manner.<br> <br> <b>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</b></div> <ul> <li>Complete weekly billing functions for certain outsourced services arrangements</li> <li>Evaluate all billing processes for process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.</li> <li>Research and provide prompt and courteous follow-up for client related billing questions and/or reporting requests.</li> <li>Assist in the semi-monthly PBM Billing process, as needed.</li> <li>Complete the weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly HealthDyne Billing Process, as needed.</li> <li>Create and distribute other Invoices as needed.</li> <li>Advanced planning skills; must have the ability to manage tasks to successful timely conclusions.</li> <li>Assist in developing analytics dashboard to highlight trends in PBM and other functions.</li> <li>Support the Revenue Cycle team with other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <div><b>Education and Experience</b></div> <ul> <li>Must possess a 4-year degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics or related fields, with proven quantitative experience.</li> <li>1-3 years of work experience</li> <li>PBM, healthcare, pharmaceutical experience preferred. </li> </ul> <div><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b></div> <ul> <li>High proficiency in Microsoft SQL, R, or other data analysis tools.</li> <li>Python experience preferred.</li> <li>Microsoft Excel and Visual Studio experience preferred.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Intermediate understanding of Tableau or other data visualization tools</li> <li>Advanced diligence, keeping in mind the “big picture”</li> <li>Ability to analyze and interpret data based on results.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to listen and understand information and ideas that are presented verbally.</li> </ul> <div><b>Work Environment / Physical Demands</b><br> This position is in both a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer and in an external environment where travel is required.
