On-site | Full-Time | U.S. Work Authorization Required Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to finished goods storage, inventory management, and outbound shipment coordination in a high-volume beverage co-packing environment. This role ensures that all customer orders are accurately staged, properly documented, and ready for pickup by customer-arranged transportation. Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation, and perform other duties as assigned. <ul><li>Oversee daily warehouse operations focused on finished goods storage and outbound order staging. </li><li>Ensure customer orders are accurately picked, staged, and prepared for carrier pickup. </li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, and customer service teams to align inventory availability with shipping schedules. </li><li>Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to support safe product flow. </li><li>Maintain accurate real-time inventory of finished goods in warehouse storage. </li><li>Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventory reconciliation when requested. </li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with production and quality teams. </li><li>Support audits and compliance requirements through accurate recordkeeping and maintenance of documentation. </li><li>Oversee all outbound shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, pickup confirmations, and customer paperwork. </li><li>Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with inventory systems and customer requirements. </li><li>Supervise, schedule, and lead a team of forklift operators and warehouse associates; monitor performance, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. </li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and safe operating conditions. </li><li>Meets all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements; participate in food safety meetings as required. </li><li>Cultivates and promotes a strong safety culture and follows all safety policies, procedures and regulations; identify and communicates workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions; participates in safety meetings as required. </li></ul>Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve over time.
