Specialist, Benefits and Leave Of Absence [Remote]

<p> Summary of Position<br /> Lionsgate is seeking a Specialist to join the Company's Benefits team to be a main point of contact for our leave of absence and time off programs as well as support the benefits team with billing, employee questions, and our robust wellness program.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities<br /> • Act as subject matter expert and main point of contact for any leave requests for California, New York and other remote locations.<br /> • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, resolving questions, concerns, and complex and escalated leave issues<br /> • Maintain and keep leave tracking up to date and accurate<br /> • Act as the liaison with the disability vendor. Develop and maintain sound relationship with vendor representatives<br /> Implement effective means to routinely report on program status<br /> • Partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners and Employment legal on benefits and leave matters, as needed<br /> • Review accommodation requests and implement return to work plans<br /> • Reconcile and process health care bills<br /> • Support employee questions and assist with Open Enrollment and implementations<br /> • Compile reports of internal data as needed<br /> • Assist with research<br /> • Assist with additional HR and benefits projects as needed<br /> <br /> Qualifications and Skills<br /> • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related.<br /> • Strong leave of absence experience (STD, LOA, FMLA, CFRA) with an emphasis on California leaves/EDD.<br /> • Competency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with pivot tables and vlookup preferred<br /> • Maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization<br /> • Ability to anticipate team needs and respond accordingly<br /> • Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have high attention to detail<br /> • Friendly and open demeanor and a team player with a positive attitude<br /> About Lionsgate<br /> Lionsgate (NYSE: LION) is one of the world's leading standalone, pure play, publicly traded content companies.
