Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in handling complex customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
