About Us:

We’re a small, family-run, combat verteran led mental health practice with offices in Virginia, New Hampshire, and Florida, offering telehealth services to clients across the lifespan. We’re professional, supportive, and easy to work with. We believe in good communication, flexibility, and creating a calm environment for both clients and clinicians.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring a very part-time 1099 therapist (with room to grow) who is warm, reliable, and clinically solid. You don’t need to “do it all,” but you should be comfortable seeing a variety of clients and collaborating when needed.

We serve clients ages 5 to 99+, with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Provide telehealth psychotherapy (individual and group; optional couples/family if within your scope)
Complete timely, compliant documentation
Coordinate care with the team as appropriate (warm handoffs, collaboration, referrals)

Schedule & Flexibility:

Very part-time to start (example: 3–10 client hours/week, flexible)
Prefer availability in EST for smooth scheduling
You choose your days/times; evenings/weekends optional
Opportunity to grow

Compensation (1099 Split):

Starting split: 60/40 (therapist/practice)
Higher split available for clinicians bringing an established caseload and/or in-demand specialties
(We’re straightforward and happy to discuss what’s fair.)

Required Qualifications:

Active license and ability to practice independently via telehealth in Virginia and New Hampshire (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
Willing to get licensed in Florida within 3-6 months.
Strong documentation and follow-through
Comfortable working with clients across a broad age range
Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

Experience with children/adolescents or comfort with adult populations
Integrative approach and strong rapport-building skills
Familiarity with telehealth best practices
Knowledge of Tebra EHR
Comfortable working with clients impacted by trauma and/or substance use, using a compassionate, evidence-based approach
Knowledge of binge and emotional eating for future group sessions
