This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining seamless communication between internal teams, Account Executives, and external suppliers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Review, enter, and process multiple Account Executive orders via internal order systems</li><li> Verify order details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements</li><li> Calculate and confirm pricing by contacting suppliers via websites or phone</li><li> Update and revise orders based on Account Executive or supplier changes</li><li> Review order notes, proof orders, and ensure final accuracy prior to submission</li><li> Communicate with Account Executives to clarify missing or incomplete order information</li><li> Provide backup support to other order processing team members</li><li> Perform other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> High school diploma or GED required</li><li> Experience in order processing preferred</li><li> Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google</li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li> Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities</li><li> High attention to detail with strong accuracy standards</li><li> Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li> Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation:</strong> The estimated hour rate range for this position is between $17.00 - $21.00 an hour. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
