Marketing & IT Support Assistant (Part Time)

  • Update and maintain the corporate website and in-house clinic program.
  • Create graphic design on posters, videos and flyers design post on social media.
  • Generate Videos using AI automatio.
  • Setup, install, maintain, computer and system upgrade and troubleshoot PC/hardware/software/LAN & network etc.
  • Manage network capacity and provide email administration such as creating/maintaining userids and email address accounts.
  • Induct and train users in IT applications, advise and support users when required.
  • Providing users with hardware/software support including network and PC troubleshooting.
  • Handle antivirus software installation and renewal of software subscriptions.
  • Support end user onsite and remotely to resolve IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting of problems encountered by End Users for Router failure.
  • Maintain the IT asset listing and tagging and collate software subscription listing including the expiry date.
  • Maintain access to databases, maintaining internet service, firewall and telephone system.
  • To work on any other project that is assigned by your superior

Job Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of MS Windows Server Systems Administration experience familiar with PC Hardware, MS Windows Desktop/Server OS, Linux, MS A/D and basic network, TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and Repairing of PC/Notebooks
  • Possess Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Able to do graphic design and video editing work.
  • Able to Work Independently, Self-motivated, and Diligent in carry out the work including after office hours
  • 3 days of work in office (25 hours per week).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per month
