Human Resources Administrator - Remote, Seasonal/Temporary

<p>Each scoring season, we build a team of skilled HR professionals who help drive the success of our large-scale recruiting initiative, hiring thousands of new and returning employees as Test Scorers.</p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>HR Administrator</strong> to provide vital support to this dynamic hiring team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and document management. If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote work environment and enjoy being at the heart of HR operations, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$22.00/hr.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote – from your US-based home in the Eastern or Central time zone, in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace</p><p><strong>Job Duration: </strong>January 2026 – June 2026</p><p><strong>Work Schedule: </strong>Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, with some work on Fridays as necessary</p><p><strong>Assessment Required: </strong>Yes; a writing assessment is administered during the application process, to evaluate your writing skills and English proficiency</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Extend offers of employment, support new employee onboarding and other high-volume hiring tasks</p></li><li><p>Respond to questions from applicants and employees</p></li><li><p>Maintain HR records, perform data entry, and ensure HR processes and procedures are followed and completed in a timely manner</p></li><li><p>Use HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other online tools</p></li></ul><p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</p></li><li><p><strong>Work Experience: </strong>minimum of 2 years' administrative experience, with work in a Human Resources role utilizing HRIS and/or ATS preferred</p></li><li><p><strong>Self-motivated: </strong>ability to work independently with a moderate level of supervision in a remote work environment</p></li><li><p><strong>Excellent customer service: </strong>strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring professional engagement with all individuals</p></li><li><p><strong>Strong computer skills: </strong>practical hands-on experience working with HR platforms and systems, high proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the competence to navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently</p></li><li><p><strong>Adaptability: </strong>demonstrated skills to shift priorities, maintain keen attention to detail, and apply critical thinking to solve problems, in a fast-paced work environment, while working across time zones, cultures, and remote communication styles</p></li><li><p><strong>Positivity:</strong> display a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and get things done promptly and accurately</p></li></ul><p>Join a company where your contributions help shape the future—because at DRC, it’s more than a score.
