The Warehouse Operations roles at Target are essential to this supply chain process. Compensation for Warehouse Associates starts at $22.00 per hour with a pay range of $22.00 to $25.25. For Warehouse Workers, the starting rate is $24.00 per hour, with a pay range extending up to $27.00 per hour. Additionally, shift differential pay ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour may be earned during designated time frames. This position offers a hands-on, fast-paced experience in a modern warehouse setting where team members consistently apply problem-solving skills to improve processes. Warehouse team members participate in safety trainings to handle equipment such as pallet riders, scissor lifts, and forklifts, while being prepared to work at heights and in various temperature-controlled environments such as refrigerators and freezers. The role requires physical stamina to lift and carry merchandise ranging from 35 to 60 pounds and perform duties that involve walking, standing, bending, and other physical activities essential to warehouse operations.   • Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently throughout a shift
  • Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally throughout a shift
  • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
  • Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
  • Able to accurately use basic math skills such as counting, addition, and subtraction
  • Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
  • Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions
  • Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely including pallet rider, scissor lift, sit down and standup forklift, and work at heights of up to 40 ft (Warehouse Worker only)
  • Able to work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (where applicable)
  • Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for majority of shift (Food Distribution Center only)
