You’ll support children’s speech and language growth through thoughtful assessment, individualized therapy, and caregiver coaching—supported by strong mentorship, collaboration, and a steady flow of referrals.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Complete pediatric evaluations and translate results into actionable treatment goals</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide therapy targeting early language, articulation, phonological processes, and pragmatic skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coach caregivers on strategies to support progress between sessions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track progress and adjust plans using data and clinical judgement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain clear, timely notes and progress reports</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with supervisors and team members through ongoing case discussion</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create a warm, encouraging environment for children and families</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Current SLP licensure <strong>or</strong> CF eligibility (CF and CCC-SLP welcome)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working directly with families/caregivers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to manage sessions, documentation, and scheduling with professionalism</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Authorized to work in the United States</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with toddler/preschool populations and play-based therapy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to AAC (low-tech/high-tech) and caregiver training</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest in continuing education and clinical growth pathways</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Electronic documentation system and digital scheduling tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Video platforms for team meetings, supervision, and telepractice when needed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Pediatric therapy kits, assessment tools, and data tracking templates</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Please NOTE</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
