When you join us as a <strong><em>CyberSecurity Analyst I,</em></strong> you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21<sup>st</sup> century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Protect RadNet’s sensitive data, including Protected Health Information, Personally Identifiable Information, Employee Data, and Business Information.</li><li>Balance business needs and cybersecurity requirements to defend RadNet against evolving cyber threats.</li><li>Ensure authorized access by investigating improper access, reporting violations, monitoring activity, and recommending improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with RadNet IT teams to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.</li><li>Conduct regular vulnerability scans and fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.</li><li>Provide rapid response to security incidents outside normal business hours if necessary.</li><li>Prepare reports that document security incidents.</li><li>Assist with training staff on network and information security policy/procedures.</li><li>Work with internal and external auditors on security-related requests.</li><li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.</li><li>Complete any other Security Analyst activities as needed.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service.</li></ul><p><strong>You Are:</strong></p><ul><li>Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations</li><li>Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask</li><li>Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service</li></ul><p><strong>To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Two plus (2+) years of experience supporting Business Systems Computing is required.</li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Familiarity with DLP, AV, and anti-malware concepts.</li><li>An understanding of TCP/IP, computer networking, routing and switching.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including speaking and presenting to others.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team.</li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects and assignments under tight deadlines.</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours or travel minimally as needed to accommodate business needs and deliverables.</li></ul><p><strong>We Offer: </strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.</li><li>Health Savings Accounts with employer funding.</li><li>Wellness dollars</li><li>401(k) Employer Match</li><li>Free services at any of our imaging centers for you and your immediate family.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year</p>
