Customer Service Officer - Full Time (malaysia)

Full-Time | Work From Home | Training Provided | Customer Service Experience Preferred

Working Hours:

  • 6 days per week
  • Rotational off day on weekdays
  • 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including break time

Salary & Benefits:

  • RM2,300 – RM3,000 + commission and attendance incentives
  • No travelling required
  • Work comfortably from home
  • Training will be provided

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues through WhatsApp, phone calls, and e-commerce platforms
  • Follow up on customer orders
  • Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
  • Provide good customer service and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Must have own computer and stable internet connection
  • Customer service or e-commerce experience will be an advantage
  • Must be able to travel down to Singapore once a month for monthly meeting
  • 6 Day Work Week, must be able to work on weekends

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
