This position is primarily computer-based, focusing on reviewing photo deliverables, tracking construction quality, and supporting the continuous improvement of Ripple Fiber’s national standards, training content, and vendor governance programs.</p> <p> </p> <p>While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel to active construction markets will be required to support field-facing ANOs in inspections, training sessions, and market audits.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Responsibilities:</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <ul> <li>Review vendor and internal photo deliverables to verify compliance with Ripple Fiber standards and engineering designs.</li> <li>Document snags, recurring quality trends, and best practices across all markets.</li> <li>Provide clear, data-driven feedback to vendor partners and internal teams.</li> <li>Participate in weekly vendor and internal calls, highlighting wins, challenges, and recurring quality issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with ANOs, Construction Managers, and Vendor partners to ensure consistent expectations across all markets.</li> <li>Escalate systemic issues or repeat non-conformances to leadership.</li> <li>Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of Ripple Fiber Standards and Training Decks (civil, splicing, testing, labeling, safety, etc.).</li> <li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives and document updates.</li> <li>Support LMS development through content review, scripting, and coordination with the Training team.</li> <li>Travel periodically to active construction markets to assist field-facing ANOs with inspections, vendor coaching, or audits.</li> <li>Conduct side-by-side reviews to ensure alignment between field practices and desktop QC results.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Qualifications:</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in fiber network construction, quality control, or telecom operations.</li> <li>Strong understanding of OSP construction methods, splicing/testing standards, and photo deliverable governance.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Docs, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities.</li> <li>Ability to travel as needed.</li> <li>Familiarity with ArcGIS, Quickbase, and Power BI reporting.</li> <li>Experience developing or delivering training content.</li> <li>Knowledge of Ripple Fiber Standards or similar FTTH construction standards.</li> <li>Prior experience in vendor management or quality assurance roles.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We offer competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a supportive work environment where innovation and teamwork thrive.
