Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Experience

Job Description:

  • Maintain and update financial records using Quickbooks.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support the accounting team in audits and tax preparations.
  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A degree or certification in accounting or a related field is preferred.
