Assistant Facility Administrator

Provide support to the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations of the facility. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members. Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and satisfaction. Manage and maintain facility budget, including monitoring expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures. Serve as a liaison between the facility and corporate office, communicating any issues or concerns. Supervise and provide guidance to staff members, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping procedures are followed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. Attend meetings and conferences to stay updated on industry developments and best practices. Participate in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all staff members. Assist in managing patient concerns and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
